Job description

• Establish and manage procurement activities for the new site in collaboration with the corporate team.

• Generate a review of the procurement schedule to be supplied in compliance with the material requirements and to receive the products in the quantities necessary and on schedule.

• Evaluate onboard and manage suppliers' relationships in collaboration with the purchasing team and quality team to maximize cost savings and efficiency.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies based on risks linked to product and/or process, stability of requirements, visibility on forecasts.

• Monitor and improve supplier delivery timelines, lead times, and quality compliance.

• Organize supplier audits, quality inspections, and order expediting.

• Manage actions, plan and task force in case of missing part.

• Manage inventory coordination with stores and co-ordinate with finance teams, ensuring smooth procurement-to-payment processes.

• Send to suppliers' procurement-related documentation, including invoices, work orders, and forecasts

• To be the focal point to build the local Procurement activities.

• Required to work in individual capacity for multiple roles till full fledge operation starts in the company.

• Achieve and Prepare KPIs as per guideline and present to senior management.

Candidate skills & requirements

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the electronics or automotive industry with BE + Supply chain.

• Proven leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

• Strong team player with collaborative and organizational strengths.
