Descripción de puesto

Ensure that raw materials and input materials are stored correctly, and that when delivered to production areas they meet the conditions according to quality standards, as well as the transaction and traceability of materials, complying with delivery dates

Follow the 5S program, adhering to area standards and safety regulations, and wearing appropriate PPE in the work area to maintain personal safety and warehouse order.

· 
Participate in and comply with safety projects and guidelines.

· 
Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job.

· 
Receive raw materials/supplies according to purchase orders, verifying that the document matches the physical delivery, ensuring that the material is properly identified, and conducting periodic inspections of storage locations to maintain material traceability. Ensure that inventories are accurate and that payments to suppliers are made correctly.

Supply materials according to work orders and shipping requirements, monitoring storage quantities at maximum and minimum levels to comply with the cycle counting schedule and maintain the accuracy of the physical inventory against the ERP information system, as well as operational goals.

· 
Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedure for material supply, adhering to the standard for proper material usage and shelf life.

· 
Maintain the good condition of raw materials during storage and/or transport, ensuring proper handling and compliance with raw material packaging standards. Notify the supervisor of any anomalies in raw materials due to damage or defects, providing evidence and/or representative data to ensure that materials are not damaged during transport and/or storage, and guaranteeing the availability of materials necessary for operations.

Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the company's needs to meet the organization's established goals.

· 
Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
