Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Pôle Administration du Personnel, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Assurer la gestion administrative des alternants/stagiaires :

-Suivi des mouvements administratifs des alternants / stagiaires (entrées/ sorties)

-Participation aux suivis mensuels (Convention Télétravail, titres restaurants, prime transport, …)

-Contrôle des éléments variables de paie des alternants/stagiaires

-Réaliser et construire des reportings de données

Assurer la gestion des temps et des absences :

-Le suivi des horaires de travail

-Le traitement des anomalies de pointage

-Le traitement des heures complémentaires/ supplémentaires

De plus, vous vous verrez confier d'autres tâches en lien avec l'actualité et les besoins du service.

Job Requirements

Vous préparez une formation de niveau BAC+2/3 en Ressources Humaines / Paie et vous recherchez un stage alterné dans un environnement industriel au sein d'un service RH à l'actualité riche ?

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ?

Vous avez la capacité à travailler autonomie, tout en ayant un bon esprit d'équipe ?

Vous êtes force de proposition, rigoureux-se et méthodique ?
