Job description
• Basic skills to utilize PLC controls, measurement devices, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Basic skills to safely use loading and unloading equipment used to meet production and quality requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain skills for proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain skills with monitoring equipment and recording data to document the manufacturing process
• Basic communication skills to identify manufacturing anomalies relating to equipment operation, productivity, and quality
• Assist in basic maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules with trainer
• Adhere to housekeeping standards for the area as defined by the Production Lead
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the continuous improvement process by submitting ideas and supporting projects to improve safety, delivery, cost, and quality
• Read/acknowledge and follow procedures administered by safety, quality, and engineering
• Demonstrated retention of skills by following processes and procedures, used in operations and maintenance
• Perform other related duties as required
