Job description

Main Responsibility：

· 
Carry out shot peen for parts according to drawings, process and technical documents

· 
Control and achieve product quality requirements and related work efficiency requirements.

· 
Continuous improvement of workflow, working methods and tools

· 
Participate cell activities regarding planning, organization and implementation

· 
Follow the temporary work arrangement of workshop cell leader

Candidate skills & requirements

Educational Background

Associate Degree or Vocational School

Experiences

· 
Above 2 years of heat treatment or shot peening experience in mechanical industry, with relevant machining industry background is preferred

· 
Language

· 
Must be able to read and understand simple English。

· 
Professional Knowledge/Technical skill

· 
Knowledge and principle of shot peening

· 
Able to read technical documents (SOP) and WI

· 
Can use micrometer, magnifying glass and other inspection tools

· 
Be familiar with the inspection method of shot peening strength and coverage

· 
Be familiar with the use and maintenance of spray gun

· 
Ability of shot peening local rework

· 
Basic of NC programming for shot peening machine

· 
Have company safety awareness
