Job Description
To strengthen our Accounts team we are looking for a Shop Visit Support Officer, who will focus on:
• Preparing and providing administrative support for Jet Engine Shop Visits to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
• Collecting information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases.
Job Requirements
Your profile:
·
Education: a higher education degree bachelor/master in engineering with good economical affinity vice versa.
·
Technical Knowledge: preferably a basic understanding aviation and of jet engines.
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, English.
·
Planning and organizational abilities.
·
Precise and methodical work style.
(a permanent Belgian visa and work permit is mandatory)

Your role:
Customer Communication
• Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits.
• Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits.
Administrative Case Management
• Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets.
• Compile, archive, and share repair records.
• Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports.
ERP & Logistics
• Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms.
• Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs.
