Job description
Requests and implementation of shipments of finished products to customers worldwide with DAP delivery terms (primarily ground freight transport)
Reservation and management of unloading slots in the end customer's reservation system
Preparation and printing of documents necessary for the implementation of transport
Sale and transfer of items in the ERP system for the purpose of implementing their transport
Creating requests for transport purchase orders
Checking and confirming transport invoices
Communicating with departments across the company and with representatives of transport companies
Optimizing transport costs with regard to customer requirements
Candidate skills & requirements
At least a secondary school education, ideally a high school education
Experience in a similar position and knowledge of logistics is an advantage
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage (SAP, Infor LN, etc.)
Knowledge of English at least at the A2 level (intermediate) – email communication with dispatchers, carriers, suppliers, and customers
Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
Good communication skills in Czech
Active problem solving, implementation of corrective and preventive measures
Carefulness and a snse of completing tasks to the required quality and within the set time frame
