Job description

· 
Establish and optimize MPS all product by verify workload/capacity alignment and incorporate MPS data into the ERP system

· 
Establish the assembly schedule, if the production and assembly of elements are separate

· 
Liaise with Customer support and internal departments to ensure all product are shipped per

customer requested

· 
Ensure unconfirmed orders, trade part orders and late orders are managed

· 
Ensure MRP consistent with respect to requirements

· 
Manage replenishment of safety stocks level for manufactured goods

· 
Coordinate with team to control material shortage process to make sure all activities require is response and complete process

· 
Manage subcontracting process (Approved list & FAI) when new orders affect capacity plan

· 
Implement, update and drive improvement for department's KPIs

· 
Escalate any issue/decision requiring for manufacturing planning

· 
Maintaining departmental work instruction for all tasks with compliance to Quality Management System

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
Complete education of in Bachelor's Degree or higher of Engineering or Business Administration or any related fields

· 
Minimum 2 years experiences in planning

· 
Proficiency in office tools (MS office especially excel)

· 
Proficiency in MRP processes

· 
Overview of production process

· 
Required English communication

· 
Teamwork

· 
Ability to make the right decisions

· 
Ability to analyze a complex problem involving numerous

· 
Ability to negotiate with internal contacts

· 
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with other departments

· 
Knowledge in Lean, AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
