Job description
Objective & mission:
-Provide the technical analysis to ensure correct configuration of the engine during the Shop visit.
-Analyze configuration changes and impacts of Service Bulletins
-Provide possible alternatives
-Support the Supply Chain in identifying the parts needed
-Capitalize experience (knowledge management) to identify recurrences

Main activities
-Analyzing technical documentation.
-Analyzing technical requirements and validating the expected configuration
-Using OEM documentation to propose alternatives and find way to support operations
-Coordinating all actions that will allow the validation of the configuration changes within the given framework (time, cost, strategy).
-Working with workshop teams, customer support, supply chain teams.
-Carrying out Return of Experience activities and contributing to the progress plan.
Candidate skills & requirements
-Engineering / technical university degree linked to aeronautics. (Engine / parts / repair knowledge is a plus.)
-Strong proposal skills. Ability to work transversally and coordinate
-Fluent in technical English (B2 level).
