Job description

· 
Resolving customer complaints and conducting internal process audits

· 
Identifying the root causes of quality issues

· 
Proposing effective corrective actions to eliminate them

· 
Handling customer non-conformities

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
Secondary school or university degree in a technical field

· 
Ideally two years of experience in a similar position

· 
Communicative level of English

· 
Knowledge of quality management tools (8D, PDCA, 5Why, FMEA, FTA, etc.)

· 
Ability to analyze root causes of quality-related problems

· 
Knowledge of the IATF 16949 or AS 9100 standards

· 
Experience with internal and external audits

· 
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
