Job description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring the efficient handling of enquiries, orders, and technical support requests for our helicopter engines. You will play a key role in upholding Safran's reputation for superior service and reliability.
• Act as the first point of contact, managing customer enquiries, quotations, parts orders, and service requests.
• Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding order status, delivery timescales, and follow-up on ongoing cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, engineering, sales, logistics) to deliver effective and customer-centric support solutions.
• Assist in the handling and resolution of technical and warranty cases, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Safran processes.
• Proactively manage customer relationships, maintaining transparency and fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure that all actions and records are processed in line with company quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
