What will I be doing?

Part of the Transfer Team who are responsible for agreed transfers within the SPI organisation ( Strategy, Projects, Industrial ).

Ensuring all transfers is completed

within the agreed timescale and within budget.

Working in accordance GRP-0025 for procedures and governance

Resource management per project,

highlighting any risks on resource in near

future

➢ Chair and manage cross functional meetings

to agree resource / timescales on

departmental responsibilities

• Creation of project plans for each transfer with clear

milestones and critical path

➢ Undertake formal reviews with Project team

to ensure plans progress to agreed timelines

➢ Undertake formal review with external

suppliers / internal customer to ensure plans

progress to agreed timelines

➢ Mitigate gaps to project plans

• Budget adherence of department

• Budget management per project

• Completion of transfers in line with agreed timescales

➢ Submit monthly presentation on transfer

progress, inventory impacts, budget

adherence and present at key Group reviews

• Identification and risk management per transfer

➢ Undertake risk reviews on all projects and

identify and implement mitigation plans

➢ Work as part of a team to manage the

exposure of risk through engagement with

key stakeholders and suppliers within wider

supply chain function along with the

implementation of risk management actions.

Degree / HND or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of the French Language
