职位描述

·  Responsible of monitoring on products ramp-up:

a. Create and maintain the products standard/ERP & 3DX settings;

b. Apply the related periodic tests (cut-up, PTG…) requirements per customers' requirements or internal standard requirements, to guarantee the product quality under control;

c. Monitoring the scrapped rate on both metallurgical and dimensional aspect, alert sudden scrap rate increasing.

·  Product management activities:

a. PPMS management: to work with product/process engineers on the change validation, create applications and validate by customer.

b. Prepare the materials for regular reporting report (e.g. product management works of RENQ meeting / product review meeting / internal reporting meeting)

c. Material & Machine validation status, to monitor and manage the validation status.

d. In charge of DRM RVI judgement. And relative DA (deviation on parts) decisions to be given. If necessary, prepare concession materials which shall be prepared by product engineer.

·  Support on products industrialization

a. Characterize the problems and figure out the solutions with engineering methods during industrialization phase and Report the industrialization progress to the related departs, managers and customers.

b. Pilot the modifications industrial validation plans.

c. Followed the trials closely with concerned engineers of the company to validate modifications that have impact on products.

·  Responsible of the risk management and improvement plan, to reach the target of delivery, quality, cost, manufacturing time：

a. Update the risk analysis during the product monitoring, to secure the delivery and guarantee no additional cost due to internal process/deviation.

b. Work with customer, external departments and process engineers, to find ways/improvements to reduce cost and shorten the process cycle time to reach better KPI.

·  Report periodically on the global situation of the managed products to supervisor or manager

候选人能力&要求

· 
Project management experience is preferred, especially NPI management

· 
Bachelor degree in casting, materials, metallurgical or mechanical specialties is preferred

· 
English speaking/writing/listening level shall be good (CET-6 grade is over 500, or other related English grade examination to demonstrate), French speaking is a plus

· 
Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit and good cross communication skills
