As part of SAE' MRO ramp-up, Offload Partners play a crucial role in supporting our global capacity.
Within the framework of SAE' MRO Offload strategy in the Middle East, the Engine Owner ensures the technical, operational, and industrial follow-up of engines maintained by regional Offload partners either local or regional.
Acting as Safran's on-site representative in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure compliance with Safran standards, support the development and performance of partner shops, and serve as the technical interface between Safran and regional partners.
Key responsibilities:
1.Engine Ownership & Maintenance Follow-up
oManage and monitor all engine or module shop visits offloaded to partner MROs in the Middle East region.
oAnticipate shop visit scenarios and coordinate actions to meet TAT, cost, and quality objectives.
oAct as the industrial operations representative to the Customer and within the Customer Team and as the customer representative within the Offload shop.
oEnsure consistent and transparent reporting to Safran and to the Customer, escalating critical issues when needed
oServe as the main operational interface between Safran and local/regional partner shops.
oDrive cost control and contribute to contractual profitability.
2.Technical Support & Industrial Development
oProvide on-site technical support to offload shops for the LEAP engines.
oSupport troubleshooting, documentation usage, and technical issue resolution in collaboration with SAE Engineering team
oContribute to the shop industrialization roadmap and capability development plan in collaboration with SAE Engineering team
oParticipate in the organization of audits, technical reviews, and improvement actions in collaboration with SAE Quality and Engineering teams.
oAnimate technical exchanges and share lessons learned (Retex) across the MRO network.
oMonitor and drive technical performance indicators (quality, scrap rate, rework, findings, etc.) in collaboration with SAE Engineering/Quality teams
oContribute to the shop development in line with Offload objectives (such as shop layout, processes, organization)
3.Representation & Regional Coordination
oAct as Safran Aircraft Engines' representative in partner Offload shops (local and regional)
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with Offload partner shops and customers.

This is an expatriate position in Saudi Arabia at the Jeddah site.
Profil:
oEngineering degree (aeronautical, mechanical, or industrial).
oMinimum 8 years of experience in engine maintenance, repair, or MRO operations.
oStrong understanding of LEAP products.
oProven background in shop operations, industrial performance, or customer technical support.
oExcellent communication; able to represent Safran in an international environment.
oFluent in English (Arabic and French are a plus).
oAutonomous, structured, customer-oriented, and comfortable with multi-site coordination.
oA collaborative mindset and strong ability to engage and federate stakeholders will be key assets.
oFrequent travel expected within Saudi Arabia, Middle East & others (such as France) as required
