Job description

Execute maintenance activity in shift operation

To rectify all type of mechanical and electrical problem

Trouble shooting in hydraulic and pneumatic system

Following HSE, work permit etc. Activity during supplier service engineer visit

Maintain record of Machine qualification .

Support to making shift performance data and help to prepare management information report .

Maintain 5s standards in work area during preventive & corrective maintenance activity

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems

Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement timely and effective repairs

Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest ideas for process optimization

Perform equipment maintenance, servicing, daily checks, troubleshooting and rectifications of assigned equipment.

Maintain fitness of the machine and keep them available for operation purpose by planned preventive maintenance

Autonomy with required skill to manage breakdowns and reduce downtime

Candidate skills & requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 2-4 years in a machine shop or manufacturing plant.

Knowledge of CNC machine, special process machine and other equipment .

Skilled in using hand tools, torque wrenches, dial gauges, vernier calipers, etc.

Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.

Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
