Job description

At Safran Aircraft Engines Customer Support team, a new position arose to increase LRU services representative in India (Delhi) for Indian and no Indian customers with following responsibilities:

He / She:

• Work under the management of Global Supply Chain – Support and Services – LRU services

• Perform the communication with Indian and non Indian customers

• Manage parts repair requests of the customers

• Placing purchase orders in ERP System SAP

• Provide regular status for open purchase orders to customer

• Propose standard exchange if needed

• Organize drop shipment of parts (direct transport from customer to repair station and get them back)

• Organize regular calls, meetings, with customers

• Manage performance KPIs

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Provide regular feedback to the management

• Perform other duties assigned from time to time

Candidate skills & requirements

• Good international experience in customers relationship, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry

• Good knowledge of legal environment related to managing contracts and agreements
