Inventory Management - Maintaining product availability in stock to meet customer demand. This requires monitoring stock levels and planning for future replenishments.

Warehousing - Controlling warehouse operations, such as receiving, storage, and order picking and distribution. The goal is to ensure inventory is well-organized for easy access and to optimize available space.

Transportation and Distribution - Ensuring shipments are properly scheduled, delivery times are met, and product distribution is efficient. This involves coordinating the team responsible for these tasks and ensuring that factors such as weather conditions, traffic, and potential legal restrictions are taken into account, resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise.

Traceability - Guaranteeing complete product traceability. This involves monitoring the journey of items from manufacturing to final delivery to the customer.

Reverse Logistics - Ensuring the proper functioning of the returns process without disrupting other operations. You can enable a specific area where operators examine the condition of the items, find out the reason for the return and check if they can be resold or require repair or reconditioning.

Candidate skills & requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
·
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management in the manufacturing or retail sector.
·
Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management.
·
Ability to lead teams and efficiently coordinate multiple tasks.
·
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·
Proficiency in logistics-related technology and software.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
