Job Description

GESTIONAR EL PERSONAL, MATERIALES E INFRAESTRUCTURA ASIGNADOS A LA LÍNEA DE PRODUCCIÓN, RESPETANDO LAS NORMAS Y/O PROCEDIMIENTO APLICABLES PARA LOGRAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL PLAN DE NEGOCIOS.

Gestión del programa de producción.

Definición y asignación de turnos de trabajo.

Aprobación de permisos y tiempo extra.

Elaboración del presupuesto del área de producción.

Asegurar la calibración y/o calificación de máquinas, procesos e instrumentos de medición.

Definición de plan de formación y evaluación del personal operativo.

Gestión del Inventario de consumibles utilizados en el área de producción.

Asegurar el respeto del reglamento interno de trabajo y de seguridad por parte del personal a su cargo.
