Job Description

Responsible for handling daily operation support for business information systems and charge of providing support for end users. Providing technical assistance (on sites, remote, phone or email) for issues related to software and hardware will be key to this role. This involves completing support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing standard work documentation and knowledge bases.

Job Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of computer systems.

• Overall knowledge windows servers 2012, 2019.

• Active directory (user and computer, policies) knowledge.

• Server roles knowledge.

• Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Desktop support (Virtual and physical).

• Client support.

• Microsoft office support.

• License and maintenance management.

• Service request and incident management.

• End user training.

• System patching and updates.

• Experience working with CCTV.

• Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup's knowledge.

• VM ware knowledge.
