Job Description

Computers preparations.

· 
In charge of Level 2 onsite support for Workplace activities (Incidents & Requests) on time and on quality.

· 
Manage ticket and ticket backlog through Safran ITSM tool (OneService Now).

· 
Ensure security criteria's are met for the sites in the perimeter (patching, Windows version...)

· 
In charge of local technical actions (ex: in datacenter).

Complementary Description

• Workstation Assets Management (Preparation, affectation, localisation, obsolescence, compliance, renewel,…) follow up and support.

• Run Level 2 support tasks, onsite and remotely for Slought site.

• Run daily operations with 100% availability of tools and networks.

• Meets monthly targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

• Perform all required actions to keep Cybersecurity KPIs on track and on target.

• To work closely with unit's support functions to solve their day to day issues.

• To ensure an efficient IT process according to the Safran Electrical Components quality system.

• Follow Tickets backlog

• Perform network technical acts (equipment installations, connections…)
