We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our Front Office Department at Bankstown Airport, to help drive our mission of delivering world-class support to our clients in critical and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and increase the Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration across the region, driving the company's sales growth.

• Provide world-class customer support by addressing both technical and commercial needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Lead reporting activities and work towards achieving budget performance targets and efficient equipment turnaround times.

• Collaborate with the Customer Support Representative team to deliver results and enhance collective performance.

• Negotiate new contracts and manage financial and strategic objectives with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

• Identify and drive new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region.

• Implement systems and methods to ensure performance goals are met.

• Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts across Australia and internationally.

Job Requirements

We are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or Engineering (beneficial)

• Sales or project management training/qualifications are advantageous.

• Previous experience in an aviation customer support or commercial sales role, ideally within the aviation or engineering industry preferred.

• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service and a flair for negotiation.

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to quickly learn and understand our product range.

• A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on enhancing business processes and procedures.

• Familiarity with contractual terms and specifications, both commercial and technical.
