Job description

The Position:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth by managing customer follow-up, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, supporting quote activity, and helping drive opportunities from lead through purchase order closure. This role requires strong customer communication, disciplined Salesforce management, and close coordination with Sales Managers, channel partners, and cross-functional teams.

The Day to Day:

• Follow up on quotes with customers, third-party resellers, and channel partners to confirm procurement timelines, identify required revisions, and advance opportunities toward purchase order closure.

• Maintain extensive phone and email communication with customers, Sales Managers, channel partners, and internal teams to support active opportunities and customer needs.

• Conduct proactive check-in calls with existing customers to uncover new business opportunities, identify follow-on requirements, and support account growth in partnership with Sales Managers.

• Convert Marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities across assigned territories, markets, or product lines.

• Support the full sales cycle by assisting with lead qualification, customer communication, onboarding, quoting, opportunity progression, and order execution.

• Enter, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of all accounts, leads, quotes, and opportunity information in Salesforce to support reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.

• Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, including opportunity tracking, lead-to-close progression, next steps, close dates, and forecast accuracy.

• Initiate and manage customer onboarding and vendor setup documentation by collecting required information, supporting payment term setup, and ensuring standard terms or required approvals are completed before sale closure.

• Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to support key accounts, resolve customer issues, coordinate required approvals, and identify growth opportunities.

• Drive revenue through proactive customer follow-up, procurement timeline management, quote support, and consistent progression of opportunities toward closed orders

Candidate skills & requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

• 1-3 years' experience in Inside Sales, sales development, or a commercial customer-facing role

• Autonomous in sales development, prospecting, qualification, and closing

• Strong ability to determine customer needs and position appropriate solutions

• Experience with pricing, negotiation, and basic legal/commercial terms

• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and standard desktop software

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across global functions

• Adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in managing time and priorities

Annual salary

$24-$30/hour & Eligible for 20% sales bonus
