Job Description

Etre l'interface et le représentant du client au sein de l'entreprise

Piloter et animer la résolution des problèmes des non-conformités détectées chez le client

Piloter et animer la résolution des problèmes des non-conformités détectées en interne avec un impact potentiel chez le client

Piloter les audits clients et les enquêtes de satisfaction client

Proposer et piloter des chantiers afin d'améliorer le PPM sur le moyen et long terme

Réaliser les audits internes

Arrêter toute opération de production représentant un risque sur la qualité du produit

Réaliser le suivi des indicateurs

Piloter les projets en commun avec le client (habilitation, délégation de contrôle,etc…)
