Job description
We are looking for you to support our HR Team on Employer Branding & HR Communications at Safran Engineering Services in Hamburg, Finkenwerder. In close cooperation with our HR manager and HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts
(formatting, structure, templates, and quality checks in close coordination with HR)
• Design and further develop HR presentations and templates
• Create and maintain onboarding materials for new employees
• Prepare content for internal company communication
(e.g. guidelines, informational documents, presentations)
• Ensure a consistent look and feel in line with the corporate design and employer brand
• Support the optimization and standardization of HR documents

Candidate skills & requirements
Your Profile
• Currently enrolled student in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Very good skills in MS PowerPoint and Word
• Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense for layout and language
• Interest in HR topics, employer branding, and internal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
