Job description
We are looking for you to support our HR Team at Safran Engineering Services in Hamburg, Finkenwerder. In close cooperation with our HR manager and HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• HR Documentation: Assist in renewing and improving HR-related start documents for new hires (such as onboarding packages, and orientation/policy materials). Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
• Day-to-Day HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in various HR functions, including employee inquiries, HR data management, and other general tasks as needed.
• HSE Support: Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives. Assist in organizing safety meetings or training sessions.
• Recruitment and Interview Support: Help coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting with candidate follow-up.
• General HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and assist with other tasks as assigned by the HR team, gaining exposure to different HR functions.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Pursuing/received Bachelors, Associate, or Master's degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology or related degree.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, German is a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitive
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
