Job description
We're searching for a Human Resources Coordinator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent HR support. This is a unique chance to gain broad generalist experience within a supportive environment—perfect for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to build a long term HR career.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you'll be a key partner in day to day HR operations, ensuring the effective and consistent application of HR policies, processes, and best practice. You'll coordinate end-to-end training, recruitment, HSE ergonomics and training standards, employee events, and the overall HR administration for the business.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in doing things well.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end to end recruitment, including job ads, interviews, and pre employment checks
• Manage all onboarding tasks and ensure a seamless experience for new starters
Training & Compliance
• Prepare and update HR documentation (position descriptions, HR policies, employee handbook)
• Maintain training databases and training files
• Coordinate annual eLearning and training programs
• Support administration of the Enterprise Agreement process
Culture, Engagement & Communication
• Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn
• Support employee engagement events and present as required
• Assist with Work Health & Safety initiatives
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Ergonomics & Training standard within the SAFRAN HSE framework
Business Support
• Act as backup to the Office Manager during leave

Candidate skills & requirements
Qualifications and Experience
• Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role
• Working knowledge of WHS systems and procedures
• Experience supporting day to day employee queries and performance management
• Solid understanding of generalist HR processes and legislation
• Basic understanding of immigration/visa requirements
• Exposure to Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
