Job description
To provide support with the day-to-day implementation of the requirements of the HSE management system as:
·
Implement, supervise and improve the HSE system.
·
Deploy and maintain the Safran Group HSE standards.
·
Analysis of performance indicators for HSE practices and define objectives.
·
Communicate KPIs to relevant employees.
·
Raise site employee's awareness by passing on Safran Group HSE principles and objectives.
·
Organize HSE related events.
·
Ensure the conformity of the site regarding local HSE requirements.
·
Communicate with others sites of the division in order to share good practices.
·
Lead projects to reduce site carbon footprint.
·
Improve energy & water site consumption.
·
Support HSE trainings needs then plan them.
·
Deliver HSE trainings.
Candidate skills & requirements
Having knowledge of environmental, safety and ergonomics processes.
Knowledge of using HSE Management systems in a manufacturing environment.
Able to complete and understand risk assessment processes.
Able to work individually, part of a team and have good influencing skills.
Ideally qualified in HSE processes and methodology.
