Candidate skills & requirements
DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ADMINISTRATION, PSYCHOLOGY, LABOR RELATIONS, OR RELATED.
1 Proficiency in HR development processes: recruitment, mobility, training, strategic workforce planning
2 Knowledge of labor-relations law
3 Knowledge of the company's HR policies, rules and practices
4 Good understanding of the company's operations and professions
