Job description
-Up to date information of recruitment requisition of direct & indirect candidates as weekly basis.

Advertise open positions of direct and indirect appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media to attract candidates.

Review resumes/ applicants, evaluate applicant skills, and make
Recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications for direct candidates.
·
Oversea background checks for direct and indirect positions prior to finalization of hiring process.
·
Arrange job interview together with hiring manager for direct positions level 8-10 and indirect position level 11-13 base on assignment.
·
Generating a weekly HR recruitment report (direct positions).
·
Ensure HR Specialist-Recruitment & Employee Relation is kept up to date of recruitment process for direct positions and indirect positions under own
responsibility.

Manage direct new hiring employees' contract includes Job Description.
·
Handle, Collaborate and lead with HR colleagues and other departments to improve and streamline the onboarding process.

Providing support employee card.
·
Together with HR Specialist-Recruitment & Employee Relation, develop, update and monitor recruitment procedure, work instruction and methods whole process.
·
Handle Cooperate Student/Trainee program.
·
Support employee engagement initiatives, employee engagement activities, CSR Activities and welfare committee's meeting and activity.
·
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and engagement strategies.

Support training function to update training records and OJT.
Candidate skills & requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences, Public Administration, Business
Administration or related fields.
·
Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Recruitment & Selection.
·
Basic knowledge of Thai Labour Laws, Labour protection Acts.
·
Able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
·
Knowledge of computer programmes including Ms. Office programmes
