Job description

· 
Strictly in accordance with the work instructions for the production, operation of the grinder

· 
Strictly follow the company's quality specification for production, authorised production, DA declaration, etc.

· 
Perform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process.

· 
Produce according to the production rhythm (standard time) to ensure the production output.

· 
Certify the implementation of the daily equipment self-inspection (AM)

· 
Adhering to the daily 5S cleaning and tidying

· 
Check the gages used in the work station every day.

· 
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
1-2 years. Engaged in precision parts machining experience

· 
Experience in CNC grinding machine is preferred.

· 
Can read drawings

· 
Can use general measuring instruments, such as: micrometer

· 
Work conscientiously, abide by the company's discipline

· 
able to work three shifts, hard-working, work initiative

· 
Mechanical processing secondary school or above

· 
Accept outstanding college graduates in mechanical processing
