Job description

Functions as a consultant and facilitator to challenge teams to enhance the performance of their

processes. Works as a process transformation expert identifying opportunities to partner with

leadership in support of the organization's business goals and objectives

Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration preferably

Experience: Desirable experience in Continuous Improvement role, Lean Six Sigma projects and time

Management

Certifications: Green belt or Black belt (preferably)

Candidate skills & requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft project, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software's and time management

tools

• Experience with process improvement thru DMAIC methodology and lean six sigma tools
