Summer 2025 Internship:

This candidate will work with the Electrical engineer and performs the tasks and missions described below and related electronic and mechanical products of the different OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

This position description is covering internships with duration of 6 months

Complementary Description

January 2025 Internship:

-Shop Support

-Support the shop/customer following technical request via a Ticketing System.

-Processes Product Deviation Authorization under supervision of Mechanical or Electrical Support Engineer.

·  Perform First Article Inspection

-Perform in the Repair Shop floor and in accordance with approved documentation(s), the First Article Inspection and Audit.

-Solve and justify any deviations from the approved documentation(s).

-Create MES (Maintenance Environment Summary), TSE (Test Sheet Environment) and MEQ (Maintenance Environment Qualification)

-Perform audits in the Shop with the repair technician and quality department.

-Process all deviation allowing correcting the documentation, when needed.

Provide reporting to management and update tracking log.

-Train the repair technician on the test procedure per OEM documentation.

·  Troubleshooting / Design / Repair of test Equipment

-Work with the mechanical engineering team with 3D designs and 2D drawings on company products.

Job Requirements

Summer 2025 Internship:

-Currently majoring in one of following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Electrical, and Systems)

-Experience with 3D modeling and 2D drawings (Solidworks or Catia or Pro/E or AutoCAD or other CAD tools)

-This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Persons as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. green card holder), political asylee or refugee.
