The Engine Owner is in charge of the organization and management of the shop visit that implies the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines. He/She must ensure the proper sinergy among all the transversal functions and related teams within the organization and abroad (global operations) to ensure the achievement of the committments with our customers in terms ot TAT, Cost, Quality and Flight Safety. He/She is responsible ot the management of the maintenance and repair services sin engine is removed off wing upon the engine re-installation on wing.
He/She is responsible to anticipate and foresee different scenarios of shop visit, must manage the associated risks and consolidate solutions tha enable the achievement of SAESA insdustrial and commercial committments.
He must secure the customer satisfaction in therms of TAT, communication, Technical Support, Quality of the product, quality of the records, Cost and invoicing.
It is possible that he/she is requested to handle remote shop visits in other sites of the SAE network including but not limited to shop visits, modules repair, on wign support and bench tests.
He/she is respible to build a strong solid customer relationship based on outstanding communication skills. As well as with internal customers Shop´s Operations and SAE Customer Team.
Organice and participate in telecom communications to report shop visit status and maintain a proper level of information with our customers, as well as to get customer approvals for parts replacement, deviations, WS extensions and any other potential deviation to customer PO and Workscope signed by customer.
He/She is responsible to guarantee that customer requirements are properly complied by the shop and deploy return of experience among the diferent departments to inform about customer satisfaction, determine and capitalize improvement actions that help to avoidn re-incidence of issues affecting the shop visit performance while the continued improvement is re-inforced.

Main activities:
• Ensure a global vision of all the operations of each production flow and to support the decision making process to secure the proper business continuity calendar. He/she is responbible to take the right decitions and actions to comply with customer expectations and shop committments in accordance to the shop production plan.
• Participate and organice internal revision meetings together with shop production operations team (gate manager, inspectors, supervisors and managers) as well as with the SAE customer team to secure the proper control of shop visit sritical path, He/She must secure the RTI process to guarantee the sequence and induction plan as well as to decide any change on the induction slots plan.
• He/She should monitor and control the shop visit costs and evolutions all along the stages of the SV working clsoely together with finance and invoicing team.
• He/She is responsible to organice and animate the hospital chain and sickbays to unblock any stopagesn and proper handle investigations, must secure the teams organiation and ease the decision making process to comply with SAESA TAT and Cost committments.
• He/She will act as the industrial representative of shop operations face to the customer team, He/She will be the main link between customer and shop and must ensure that the shop receives and reports all the necesary information to proer execute the shop visit.
