In the role of Customer Quality Engineer you'll play a pivotal part on our Quality Department team. The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) supports the Quality organization and acts as the primary quality interface with one or more customers. The individual in this position serves as a primary contact focal, facilitating customer corrective actions and driving process improvements across the WWS site. This individual will also serve on the internal audit team assessing processes to determine adequacy and effectiveness of the existing control environment and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's preferred, with a preferred concentration in Manufacturing operations and environments, plus five to seven years' related experience and/or training. Current knowledge of aerospace industry standard regulatory requirements.

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of statistical tools and the complete Microsoft suite of applications.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - CQE, CQA, CQM, Green/Black-Belt, or other similar professional certification highly desired.

The expected salary range for this position is between $68,640 - $97,210 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
