Job Description

· 
Assure l'interface entre les sous-traitants et les services internes

· 
Suit le carnet de commandes via des échanges par email ou téléphoniques à fréquence régulière adaptée au volume d'activité

· 
Informe de tout retard ou problème fournisseur pouvant impacter le délai de livraison final client

· 
Traite dans les plus brefs délais les litiges réception et contrôle qualité et facturation

· 
Négocie les évolutions de prix de réparation avec les différents sous-traitants

· 
Maintien un niveau de stock composants / matières / équipements complets (neufs ou réparés) pour répondre aux besoins clients dans les plus bref délais

· 
Communique les prévisions de réparation aux sous-traitants à court et moyen terme

· 
Communique la performance aux sous-traitants et pilote le plan d'actions de retour à l'heure

· 
Participe aux projets d'amélioration continue du service
