Job Description

• Ermitteln und Festlegen von Rahmenbedingungen zur

Programmierung und

Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mit einfacher Geometrie

• Geometriedaten für einfache Werkstücke anhand von Zeichnungen

erstellen

• Programme für 3-Achsbearbeitung erstellen

• Datenkonventierung und Ablage der CNC-Programme

• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von NC-Hops-Programmen sowie

Änderungen von

Catia- und Hops-Programmen vornehmen

• Erstellung von Nestingplänen und Bereitstellung im Maschinenformat

• Maßhaltigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit der Bearbeitung

sicherstellen

• Nacharbeit/Ausschuss dokumentieren

• Fehlerschwerpunkte analysieren, Abhilfemaßnahmen einleiten und

weitere Qualitätsentwicklung verfolgen

Job Requirements

• Gute NC- und Catia V5-Kenntnisse

• Gute Kenntnisse in der 2D-Programmierung im Bereich NC-Hops

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• SmarTeam-Kenntnisse
