• Oversee the local S&OP activity,
• Oversee the planning process to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of MPS
• Support OPEX objectives (Production Plan and MPS goals)
• Lead continuous improvement via lean techniques
• Participate or lead One Safran Project wave in the area
• Build positive employee relationships based on defined measurable goals, open communication, and participative management
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Collaborate with appropriate division or departments to investigate and resolve complex concerns in timely manner
• Lead daily SQCDPi meeting in the area
• Lead weekly MPS Review
• Prepare Local Supply Review
• Manage Interhub process
• Manage SAP and IBP process to ensure they are in line with the supply chain strategy and with the production plan
• Assign work and oversee activities of planning personnel
• Perform other related duties as required

Candidate skills & requirements
• Three to five years of experience in a production planning or material management function required, supervisory experienced preferred
• APICS certification desirable
• Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and other traceability /planning software
• SAP experience within the materials function strongly preferred
• IBP experience preferred
• Tiscam experience preferred
