Job description
This exciting opportunity sits within a multidisciplinary, team the MRO Returns and Logistics co-ordinator is responsible for accurately receiving and processing customer returns in the MRO shop environment ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and regulatory requirements
Scope of Responsibilities

This role ensures all received items and paperwork comply with company and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include precise data entry into the ERP system, managing in-house and external repairs, tracking shipments, maintaining compliance and facilitating clear communication across team.

Being highly diligent, organised and having strong attention to detail is essential for this role.

Willingly undertake additional tasks and responsibilities within the MRO team outside of your main duties, in support of cross-functional teamwork and business objectives
• Proactively flag and help investigate any documentation, data, or compliance issues
• Share information and process performance in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with 5S principles
• demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative approach, undertaking any reasonable tasks or responsibilities as requested to ensure the overall success and responsiveness of the MRO operation
• Proactively communicate any risks or opportunities related to meeting the business objectives
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting both customer needs and overall business performance

Candidate skills & requirements
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Receive, inspect, and photograph all incoming parts from customers, ensuring detailed visual records are maintained
• Verify all relevant paperwork is present and accurate upon receipt
• Enter all information accurately into the ERP system
• Book in parts for in-house repair ensuring proper routing and allocation within the facility
• Review approved supplier list to ensure we are only sending items to repair to approved contractors/subcontractors
• Request RMAs (Return Material Authorisations) from contractors/subcontractors and manage the associated documentation
• Raise purchase orders in the ERP for approved contractors/subcontractors for external repairs
• Prepare customs invoices and shipping documents for parts being returned to contractors/subcontractors and package items securely for despatch
• Liaise with the Goods Inwards department to ensure only MRO parts are received in the area, redirect other deliveries appropriately
• Maintain and update current work instructions with any change to customer details or changes to process within the ERP system
• Keep records and files audit-ready to support traceability and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
