We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Production team as an Assembly Team Leader at our Burnley site.
We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on Assembly Team Leader to support daily operations, drive team performance, and keep production running smoothly within our Assemblies UAP. If you thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoy developing people, this role is for you.
What you'll do
·
Coordinate workload and resources across shifts to maintain continuous production flow
·
Resolve daily issues, escalating when needed
·
Lead 5S standards and promote strong Health & Safety behaviours
·
Develop team capability, identify training needs, and support operator onboarding
·
Drive lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives
·
Collaborate with manufacturing support teams to solve problems quickly
·
Deputise for the Process Manager in key meetings and operational routines
