Job Description

En tant qu'alternant, vous serez amené à œuvrer sur différentes missions :

· 
accueil Sûreté des nouveaux arrivants et des prestataires

· 
sensibiliser et communiquer sur l'existence et l'application des règles de sûreté (politique de sûreté),

· 
suivi des flux de personnel (candidats, prestataires, visiteurs) en coordination avec l'accueil et le service Ressources Humaines,

· 
gestion des accès sous contrôle d'accès du site,

· 
soutien administratif,

· 
accompagnement dans la mise en place du logiciel de gestion des prestataires,

· 
études d'amélioration des systèmes et procédures de surveillance du site,

· 
préparation et participation aux audits Sûreté.

Ainsi que sur des activités variées :

-confection de badges et octroi d'accès,

· 
gestion des demandes d'achats,

· 
gestion de la consommation des véhicules du parc automobile,

· 
gestion des consommables du département,

· 
suivi du budget,

· 
suivi des anomalies des matériels et logiciels de la sûreté.
