Job Description

Au sein de la direction des Opérations Le Havre, vos assurez en associant avec l'assistante en poste, les principales tâches d'assistanat de la direction :

· 
Assurer la communication digitale et physique au sein des Opérations Le Havre

· 
Assurer les voyages et déplacements des directeurs de la Direction Industrielle

· 
Gérer les différentes modifications d'organisation (notes, organigramme)

· 
Organiser les différents évènements des Opérations Le Havre (logistique, communications, ...)

· 
Organiser les évolutions d'environnement physiques des zones de communication.
