Préparer les instructions de travail de fabrication à partir des dessins techniques et des spécifications (assemblage structurel, mécanique ou électrique).

Participer à la détermination de la séquence de fabrication et de la répartition optimale du temps de production.

Fournir un soutien en matière d'instructions de travail, d'assistance technique, de non-conformités, de procédures, de gestion du changement, etc.

Participer et contribuer au choix des méthodes de fabrication et à l'amélioration des opérations de production.

Fournir une assistance technique à la production lors des initiatives de résolution de problèmes.

Répondre aux demandes de modifications/changements des équipes d'ingénierie (internes ou externes).

Examiner et analyser les documents d'ingénierie en utilisant les outils de gestion de la configuration.

Valider l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des données techniques telles que les dessins 2D, les modèles 3D, les CSD (Condition of Supply), les BOM (Bill of Material).

Gérer les flux de données à l'aide de SmarTeam et assurer le suivi des actions jusqu'à la relâche.

Gérer et fournir une mise à jour quotidienne des tâches à l'aide du système ETM (Engineering Task Management).

Prepare manufacturing work instructions from engineering drawings and specifications (structural, mechanical or electrical assembly).

Take part in determining production manufacturing sequence and optimal time breakdown.

Provide support with regards to work instructions, technical assistance, non-conformities, procedures, change management, etc.

Participate and contribute in the choice of manufacturing methods and the improvement of production operations.

Provide technical assistance for production during problem solving initiatives.

Address modifications/changes requests to the engineering teams (internal or external).

Review and analyze engineering package using Configuration Management tools

Validate technical data such as 2D drawings, 3D Models, CSD (Condition of Supply), BOM (Bill of Material) for accuracy and completeness.

Manage data workflows using SmarTeam and follow up on actions until release.

Manage and provide daily tasks update using ETM (Engineering Task Management) system.
