Job description

• Taking responsibility for planning activities for the assigned portfolio of sales orders.

• Creating production orders based on requests from the after-sales team.

• Regular reporting of critical project and anonymous items in sales orders.

• Continuous monitoring of open requests in sales orders.

• Verifying the availability of subcomponents.

• Deciding on in-house production or purchasing.

• Copying and setting up new items in the ERP system.

• Cooperating with other colleagues in the team and across the company (production, purchasing, sales).

• Process optimization – simplification, automation, use of new IT technologies, etc.

Candidate skills & requirements

• Minimum secondary education (ideally in a technical field)

• Experience in engineering production is an advantage

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Communicative knowledge of English

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power BI is an advantage)
