Job description

Ensure close communication and support to Safran manufacturing in Morocco, Hamburg DO (FAF), ME, and Safran Services / after delivery

Investigation on manufacturing constraints linked to harness design and manufacturing, place of work mainly within direct perimeter of manufacturing Morocco

Filtering of manufacturing issues (ICB – Inflow Control Board)

Creation of sketches PRE and POST for non-conformity issue

Create study if necessary to prepare the solution for the manufacturing problem

Participation on Manufacturing/Engineering meetings

Support the Engineering/Manufacturing on 929/920/927 questions (IDCR handling)

Open and create OPL (ONE POINT LESSON) for major cases

Wire anomalie analysis on electrical harnesses and identify solutions

Root Cause Analysis to be performed where needed

Continuous proper reporting to all stakeholder

Candidate skills & requirements

Technician with work experience and profound knowledge in Airbus environment or Engineer

General Knowledge about 920-927(optical Fibre)-929 DRW Sets and Basic Knowledge about Structure

General Functional knowledge: PD (principle Diagram and WD (wiring diagram)

Experience in aircraft electrical engineering and manufacturing (ATA 92)

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems

Good knowledge of AIRBUS Drawing processes and procedures

Knowledge of AIRBUS rules and regulations

3D Design V929 knowledge, in order to understand 3D models

Good knowledge of SAP, CATIA, VPM, Trend, HMV, CIRCE, RIC, TRESTI, ZAMIZ, PDMLink

Readiness to travel occasionally (mainly Hamburg)

Team building attitude

Good English knowledge
