In the UK, Safran Seats specialises solely in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide body aircraft, with industrial and engineering teams in Cwmbran and Newport, Wales and Brackley, England.

The purpose of this role is to is to ensure that the data used throughout the Supply Chain function is accurate, up to date and valid.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Execute the data administration activity to ensure that update requests are
implemented in a timely manner and to the quality required in line with key
performance indicators.
Regular housekeeping and cleansing to maintain and improve accuracy and quality of existing master data
Undertake quality assurance audits of processes for master data to ensure it is being adhered to and conforms to best practice.
Provide transactional support to cross-functional operations teams offering master data solutions as appropriate and educating them in how to identify the difference between a master data-related issue and a transactional issue.
Problem solving when issues appear, figuring out what has happened, why and how it can be resolved
Work with the M3 project team on data to support the delivery of new business
solutions
Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for offering guidance to users on how master data can be set up to support key business processes

Our dedicated engineering, production and in-service support facilities are integral to delivering a high-end quality product that we keep flying throughout the life of programme. We are fully supported by a wide team of support functions, from HR to Finance, to Business Development and Planning and Logistics, our team is built to give Safran Seats an end-to-end capability in house in the UK.

Desired profile

Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs with Advanced Skills using MS Excel.
Experience of ERP or MRP systems
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Data administration
Experience in a manufacturing environment
