The Position
As the Integrated Account Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitions for patients across a number of areas in the portfolio. You will be responsible for leading a national team of Integrated Account partners as they strive to optimise our portfolio with the key stakeholders at an IMOC/Medicines optimisation level. You will be accountable for this team’s delivery of key metrics, through strong leadership and management; coaching and mentoring; vision and drive, all in pursuit of our ambition for patients, through delivery of the squad tactical plans.
Integrated Account Community Lead
Responsible for overseeing the compliant promotion of the Roche Portfolio products,. The IA Community Lead role has accountability and responsibility for executing national brand strategy, leading in the delivery of access strategy mainly focused within the Integrated Medicines Optimisation Committee (IMOC) ecosystem, through a team of field based, Integrated Account Partners (IAP). Delivering on performance goals including sales/people metrics. The IA Community Lead position is field based, and will have line management accountability/responsibility for a National team of Squad aligned IAP.
Your key responsibilities:
Leadership of an Integrated Account Partnership team to deliver business goals with payor stakeholders through providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure that team members are motivated and equipped to meet squad outcomes.
Responsible for the operational delivery of the squad outcomes at account level - either at disease or portfolio level
Coaches the integrated account partnership team to build detailed and insight led opportunity analysis into local account plans
Responsible for ensuring the interconnectivity between local account plan and squad strategy
Communicates with and enhances cross functional team working understanding the implications of local guidelines on shared territory strategies and tactics
Role models effective engagement with customers on disease area relevant academic and scientific topics, exercising judgement on where further support is required from other Roche colleagues
All aspects of line management including (but not limited to) performance management, coaching and mentoring, governance, career and personal development of the team.

Your profile:
Qualifications
Significant experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.
Proven ability to oversee and drive the success of a territory team
Track record of being able to lead teams by example with or without direct authority.
High scientific aptitude and proven ability to prioritise and collaborate
Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills
Dynamic, self-starter with strong influential skills, as well as entrepreneurial spirit
Expertise on NHS structure, function and operations
Expertise and experience of leading access strategies across a portfolio
Ability to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercial, Regulatory and technical awareness
The ability to navigate a large multi-disciplinary geography (which will require travel 40-50% of working time, to working with the IAP team as they engage with customers)
