Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
• Perform diagnosis and all kinds of watch interventions (maintenance and repair), from simple up to complications overhauling, following Maisons guidelines.
• Ensure excellence in execution to meet service standards of the Maisons (lead-time and quality).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
#1 Technical interventions
• Perform technical evaluation and quotation according to Maison policy and client request (services and required parts)
• Provide After-sales services and own stock maintenance, including but not limited to dismantling, movement overhauling, case preparation, encasing
• Do polishing of watch if required
• Follow repair and spare parts management process as per guideline
• Conduct quality controls on products after repair
• Use online Maison technical instructions and information
#2 Work environment
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area environment
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with management
• Participate in / animate events upon Maison request (if applicable)
• Perform stock count (repair / spare parts) when required
Requirement
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in repair for watch
• Overhauling proficiency is a plus
• Good communication skills in verbal and written (English is preferred)
• Familiar with Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail)
• Behavioral competencies: Self Motivated, reliable, integrity and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent requests
