Job description

Watch planning department is a key part of Cartier strategy. Our Maison is constantly developing its offer in order to better serve its clients and to further improve its brand value perception. Long time changes as well as punctual initiatives have a strong impact on our supply chain, including on the distribution side.

 

As a key member of the Cartier Watches Operations team, the distribution planner is responsible of the worldwide watch pieces availability, working closely with our different markets and is involved in the deployment of the service offer which is constantly evolving.

 

In this wide and demanding position, both hands-on and project-oriented, your core objectives will be to enable the Maison to meet its service objectives while meeting our targeted stocks level.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

 

Size markets target stock level, and ensure the automatic distribution of the products

·  Define the assortment, tool and safety stock levels of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on past sales and collaborative forecasts
·  Consider market feedback, product supply situation and special initiatives.
·  Maintain and adapt the automatic replenishment parameters to ensure continuous and steady replenishment to the markets.

 

 

Define and implement the distribution model of the future

·  Take part in the conception of the future distribution model
·  Analyze current product flows and suggest improvements
·  Be involved in the implementation of the tool in Anaplan

  

Reporting

·  Maintain existing reports to follow worldwide stock and shortage situation
·  Improve and develop our Dashboards
·  Share and train your contacts in the use of the dashboards

 

  Project management

·  Challenge actual process, methods and tools
·  Make required analyses and diagnostics
·  Identify action plans
·  Implement solutions
·  Follow project progress

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

·  You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, with a major in supply chain.
·  You have robust analytical skills and you easily analyze and work with Data and Information Systems.
·  You are organized, autonomous, reliable and have good interpersonal skills.
·  Strong Expertise in Excel and experience with Power BI. Programming skills a plus
·  You have strong communication skills in French and English;
·  Preferably 1 to 3 years working experience in an international company (luxury a plus)
