V.I.E Marketing Executive - New York City

Main purpose

 

As a V.I.E Marketing Executive within the Americas Region, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support the daily business operations of the Marketing team transversally for Jewlery, High Jewelry, Timepieces and Bridal Collections. 

This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in New York city, with an ideal start date in October 2025, contingent on visa requirements.

 

Are you a good match?

 

For this V.I.E, we are looking for the candidate to have a bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or Communication, with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry. Fluency in English and French are mandatory for this role.

We are seeking for a candidate who will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment will contribute to success in this role.

 

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, who brings fresh new ideas and is open to learning from a group of experienced product experts. The candidate will leave with an enriching experience that they can take with them into their early career future assignments

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

·  Build and maintain active internal image bank, enriching the tool with qualitative content such as product info, creation pictures, key selling points, manipulation videos.
·  Assist in creating content for internal newsletters.
·  Support the Bridal sales by managing the stone certificate inventory and client delivery, review and implement new workflow.
·  Play a significant role in maximizing opportunities by helping prepare tailored digital presentations for Client presentations and events.
·  Manage special orders process, liaising with boutique teams and HQ and discovering potential efficiencies and improvements. 
·  Participate in supporting special projects, trainings & events as needed.
