YOUR MISSION:
Promotes and implements the Maison training program locally. Through tailored coaching of the sales teams, they help them to grow and contributes to an improved client satisfaction.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Promote and implement the Maison training program locally to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams, contributing to improved client satisfaction.
- Identify specific product training needs, develop and design content for training courses, and evaluate their effectiveness to address gaps in established programs.
- Conduct complex and customized product training sessions to elevate employee performance within specific functional areas.
- Engage with team or department line managers to clarify short-term priorities for learning and development interventions, gather relevant performance data, and identify competence gaps to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Review existing operations within the area of work, generate new ideas, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing detailed information on processes and related policies, referring issues to others when necessary for policy interpretation.
- Assign and manage short-term work schedules for a team of subordinates to meet expectations within established timelines.
- Prioritize personal workflow to ensure completion of tasks to required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness, utilizing performance management systems to enhance personal performance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others is necessary.
