Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities across Southeast Asia & Oceania, with a primary focus on retail & Maison office hiring. You will also be responsible for supporting university engagement and employer branding initiatives, helping us attract and build a future-ready talent pipeline in the luxury retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
· Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to support sourcing especially for frontline retail positions and some Maison office positions
· Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus networks).
· Screen, assess, and recommend qualified candidates aligned with brand values and service excellence.
· Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
2. Regional Collaboration
· Coordinate hiring plans and align recruitment priorities with TA teams across
· Manage and update requisition tracking tools, dashboards, and reports
· Work closely with HR Operations team to ensure hiring process compliance and consistency.
3. Employer Branding
· Support the execution of internship programs
· Support Talent Acquisition Manager in liaising with universities, polytechnics, and career offices to build long-term partnerships and participate in campus events
· Collect and showcase employee stories, testimonials, and success journeys to enhance attraction efforts.
Requirements
· Preferably 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, with track record of successful sourcing and placements, direct experience within luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries would be an added advantage.
· Strong interest in candidate experience and experience in employer branding and campus engagement.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
